Japanese Translation Issue

Description

A bug report was opened at bugs.rockylinux.org for an error in translation for the Japanese version of the website here. Below is the copied and pasted version.

The text "Rocky Linux は RHEL®" (English Translation: Rocky Linux is RHEL®) is currently displayed on the following URL:
https://rockylinux.org/ja/

It should display:
"Rocky Linux は RHEL® から直接ソースを再構築しているため、どのような場面でも、非常に安定した動作を体験すると確信しています。"
(English Original: Rocky Linux rebuilds sources directly from RHEL®, so you can bet your best dollar that you'll have a super stable experience, no matter the use-case.)

I reported this on Crowdin, but it has been left unattended for over two years.

Honestly we need to change that text anyway, it was always meant to be a placeholder. We also need to get better about merging the Crowdin translations.
