boot_merger VS rkdeveloptool pack

Hello,
is it possible to use rkdeveloptool v1.32 to create rkxx_loader_vx.xx.xxx.bin file like boot_merger v1.2 from rkbin does?

I was trying to use this config.ini for rkdeveloptool pack but it crash:

Starting to parse...
chip: RK330C
major: 1, minor: 26
num: 1
path0: bin/rk33/rk3399_ddr_800MHz_v1.27.bin
sleep: 1
num: 1
path0: bin/rk33/rk3399_usbplug_v1.26.bin
sleep: 0
num: 2
name1: FlashData
name2: FlashBoot
FlashData=bin/rk33/rk3399_ddr_800MHz_v1.27.bin
parseLoader failed!

boot_merger with the same config.ini from above works fine:

********boot_merger ver 1.2********
Info:Pack loader ok.

Can you please explain the difference between this two tools and its functionalities and how I could create rkxx_loader_vx.xx.xxx.bin using open-source alternatives if it's possible?

Lol I've just fixed it with this PR #48
