Upcoming split of iiwa_description

We will rename the iiwa descriptions to "iiwa14", as it turns out there are two different models for KUKA iiwa arms (with respectively 7 kg and 14 kg payloads). Thus:

• iiwa_description will become iiwa14_description
• iiwa_mj_description will become iiwa14_mj_description

The two iiwa7 and iiwa14 descriptions will be exposed after #80 and #81 are merged. The change will then become effective with the next version of the project, which should be 1.11.0.
