Git and check?structure error

Hi!

having .git in the project directory correctly results in the following:

rjtools::check_structure('.')
✖ ERROR: There are nested subdirectories. Please use at most two directory levels for the article.

as .git is more than 2 levels nested. However, from the point of view of reproducibility, it is perhaps worth considering
adding ignore_git parameter to check_ ?
