"Section 3.3. Protection of tag storage" describes how to protect the tag table from hart perspective.
However, non-hart bus initiators (e.g., DMA) also have abilities to load and store the tag table.
Should we add more descriptions about non-hart bus initiators ? E.g., By deploying IOPMP/IOMMU/IOMTT ?

It would be part of non-isa spec extensions for iommu and such.

Does it make sense to add some non-normative text into the spec ?
