Vipul's suggestion for an additional control step when performing a full or incremental update for an organization: to ensure that key individuals (whose joining or leaving has been highlighted in news articles, noted in the organization's timeline, or mentioned in official documents) are included in your update. For example, in the case of OpenAI, Jan Leike and Daniel Kokotajlo should likely be featured, given the significant news coverage around them, but they are currently missing. Incorporate this step into the process.
