In the rake command to export dialogs, I think there is a small typo. Shouldn't it be:
bin/rake rhconsulting:service_dialogs:export[${BUILDDIR}/dialogs]

instead of
bin/rake rhconsulting:dialogs:export[${BUILDDIR}/dialogs]

?
