📝 Description

In EMEA we have not run the TL500 in a while. Lots of things have changed with facilitators new and old coming and going along with the switch to GLS hosted infrastructure.

The teams ran a retro and collected some items of feedback - I've copied a screener of the feedback and linked to the board here. We need to find volunteers to actions some of this feedback for sure

We have an upcoming run in Nov / Dec in Ireland so any new experiments to be brought forward to this date should be considered :)

FYI - @tdbeattie / @rmarting / @ckavili / @mtakane / @kattekrab / @eformat

hi @springdo .. not sure this repo is the right place for most of this laundry list - as a lot of the big ticket items are not related to the content in this repo. your plan "B" is likely the sanest one - it is very easy to self host or use the demo.redhat.com solution. ping me offline if you want the latest self hosting instructions - i recently ran them to setup a new testing cluster to run the gh-actions in this repo.
