Hi Richard,

we are using GenerateReleaseNotes in our pipelines for some weeks now in testing, production since this week. I wanted to contact you regarding some features in the coming days. But today this problem forces me to open this issue.
After the automatic update to 3.50.2, we are facing issues with the generation.

The requested REST API version of "6.1" is out of the valid range for this server. The latest REST API version supported by this server is 5.1.
Our server is OnPrem and still 2019, supporting up to api version 5.1.
Would you please so kind and look into it?

I have reduced the API required version to 5.1-preview (has to be preview) and made a API version issue only a warning See #1000
