@RHPsychology ... I know what CBT is, but it's a bit unclear how to create a meaningful icon for it. Is there a standard that psychologists would recognize fairly universally? Is there an idea that wouldn't be too complex for a relatively small icon?

Also, thanks for the request! It's a great idea for an icon.
