Mouse moving out of browser locks pan mode

i dont now how or if you can fix it: but if you press your mouse button and move the camarer around, and you slide with you mouse out side the screen and then let out the mouse. your are in a mode were the website thinks your are pressing your mouse but you arent

Same issue other way:
if you move the Camarer and hover with you mouse over a actor the camarer stops moving until you "over moved" the Actor
if you let go the mouse in that stade you will get in the "pressed not pressed state"
