Rename/rework parameters for distortion #14

The distortion parameters are tedious to work with, and don't reflect how other distortion effects function. Some changes to make:

  • Drive -> Shape
  • Input gain -> Drive
  • Output gain -> Volume

Once #10 is implemented, I'd also like to add a one-knob LPF/HPF knob, similar to Arturia's Mello-Fi.
