Convert to github actions

Hello,

is there any plan to convert this bot as a github actions workflow, so that it runs whenever a PR is opened, this is similar to what is happening here

No plan. The main benefit is that it runs as an app so you don't have to create workflows in every repo.

However I have no objection if you were to refactor the code so that it's possible to use as an action too.
