How do I use api fetching and caching libraries with react router v7 framework mode for SPA

I am looking for a working example or some pointers on how to use a data fetching batteries included library like @tanstack/react-query or swr in the react-router v7 framework mode for SPAs.

The blog - https://tkdodo.eu/blog/react-query-meets-react-router is atleast 2 years old and uses the older routing SPA API.

Is this feature not possible with the v7 framework mode?
