This server does not host this topic-partition. Errors occur when deleting topics.

When running workloads that delete all topics and then create topics, I see the following.

java.io.IOException: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: org.apache.kafka.common.errors.UnknownTopicOrPartitionException:
 This server does not host this topic-partition.

I've seen this with code like the following:

           // List existing topics
            ListTopicsResult result = admin.listTopics();
            Set<String> topics = result.names().get();
            // Delete all existing topics
            DeleteTopicsResult deletes = admin.deleteTopics(topics);
            deletes.all().get();

The workflow is normally like the following:

1. Create a topic.
2. Run a workload on this topic for 10+ minutes.
3. Run the above code to delete all topics.
4. Recieve this error.

If I rerun this piece of code, then it completes successfully. The same code on Kafka doesn't have this issue.

I think we discuss this and @mmaslankaprv mentioned that the bench marking code submits 2 deletes

That is correct, it does. This doesn't seem to cause any issue with the Kafka side of things but we always throw an error.
