[BUGBOT][Sound] Incompatibility of "ambience/morph/wind1.ogg" with OSI Standards

Description

The sound file "ambience/morph/wind1.ogg" used in the game is based on a stock sound by SoundIdeas, which is an all-rights-reserved sound. This is incompatible with the OSI standards required for open-source projects.

Workarounds

The developer has mentioned the intention to replace the problematic sound file with one from the game audio/soniss giveaway library that complies with OSI standards.
