Use an Ultraviolet proxy with Clockwork apps

As of 2.0.0.0-beta9, Clockwork now supports sending apps through Ultraviolet-based web proxies!

1. Go to Settings > Proxy Settings
2. In the dropdown labeled "Proxy", select "Use an Ultraviolet proxy"
3. If desired, add the /uv/, /service/, or /ultraviolet/ URL for a custom web proxy server. If you don't provide one, we'll use a default one.

If you start getting 404 errors, you need to go to the home page and visit a website first, then close and reopen the app.
