A coding help page

Issue requirements

These must be followed if you don't want your issue to be closed!

Use a template!
NO SECURITY EXPLOITS IN ISSUES! Notify a developer privately on Discord or via email.
If an app is blocked, there's not a lot we can do right now. Use a proxy or suck it up.
