ManagedFusionOffering Controller expects Offering CRDs to be present on the cluster to setup watches

ManagedFusionOffering Controller expects storageCluster CRD to be present on the cluster to sync the cache. As we are using a single controller to install and configure the offering, we need to watch the objects that should be configured as a part of offering installation(for example: storageCluster). StorageCluster CRD is not even present on the cluster as OCS Operator is not installed yet.
