Currently it's only possible to have multiple extensions on the same folder if they are all in separate folders, including the main one, if any.
When we scan for extension items, we could exclude other extensions folder to allow an extension to have sub extensions.
The drawbacks ok this is that they still can't be on the same flat folder since items would be scanned for both.
Maybe just document that Choko allows multiple extensions on same folder if:
