Step to reproduce

  1. Open 2 project tabs
  2. Add project startup action to project 1
  3. Switch the tab to project 2
  4. Close reaper
  5. Reopen reaper and you see the current active tab is still project 2
  6. The action doesn't run
  7. At this moment even if you switch the tab to project 1 the action still won't run
