大量的强制重排，再页面节点过多时候，每一次 tooltip 都会导致很多次强制重排。 #478

出现这个问题的情况：
1，页面的DOM节点过度，每次重排浏览器需要计算时间较多时。
2，电脑性能较差。

这个问题呢很早就被提出过一直没有人去关心与处理，或者有没有更好的办法处理此问题？
