The Sphere Picking stopped working during the end of the 2019 project. Some work was put in to try and solve the issue but no progress was made. Picking is used in the StructureMesh-processor.

When functional, picking is to be used for the following:

  • Partial charge visualisation: Click on atoms to select volume corresponding to the atom.
  • Density of states visualisation: Click on atoms to draw DoS for that atom in graph.

Found this Inviwo-processor that uses same method. Could be of help.
