Description

There is a text field on the Admin Dashboard asking for the Affiliated Organization of Big Brothers whereas there shouldn't be.

Reproduction steps

Log in as an Admin
Proceed to Big Brothers
Add a new big brother

Expected behavior

The text field will show on the registration of Big Brothers.

No response

Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge
