This particular error should be resolved. I could not track any relevant changes to the curl https://ppa.novemberain.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server/deb/debian/dists/bullseye/main/binary-all/Packages

This particular error should be resolved. I could not track any relevant changes to the
control
file in our package (we only really bumped the required Erlang version), nor I see anything relevant the repo structure.All respond successfully now.
