Clipboard history shelf sensitivity?

Is there a way to change the delay before the clipboard history shelf toggles? The default value (if there is one) is set too low for me, and the shelf can display if my mouse happens to hit the hotspot accidentally; ideally we'd be able to give it a configurable delay before it displays?
