Feature request: Restart mobile/lyrics server without restarting the application #640

I've been using Quelea for a while, and I use the mobile app to move around the church while using it. But one problem I find is that, if the laptop was not connected to the internet or changed networks when Quelea is open, the server does not work, I have to restart Quelea with the network already connected, which is not always possible.

I would like you to implement a way to restart the server when Quelea is already open. I don't know how linked the start of the server is to the start of the application, but I hope it is possible.
