If the width and height of the video is zero it returns error.

How can we overcome this issue?
Suppose I have a video without video(width and height are zero) just audio. I want to stream this video. How is this possible? Can we manually change the size of the video? If I want to set it to 10 manually how can I do this?

I am using the following code.
