"subtitle" yaml parameter for typst

Description

Many Quarto output format (such as Latex and Html) feature the YAML parameter subtitle out-of-the-box. However, this feature is apparently not (yet) available for Typst.

As subtitles are a standard feature of documents, I suggest adding a simple way to use subtitles for rendering document using Typst.

I believe this would be an upstream feature request for Pandoc to update the Typst template.

This feels important enough for us that I think we should support this ourselves, but yes, maybe we should fix it and contribute it upstream.

Given the subtitle PR has been merged to Pandoc, can the corresponding PR be made to Quarto to enable this functionality? (as of v1.6.6 I don't see it)

It does not work like that.
First Pandoc needs to make a release, then Quarto updates early in each release some dependencies.
Quarto cannot update all every time there is a release.
So it will come to Quarto, just wait.
