Summary

I am having an issues where the stashes are bugging out with certain items. I am not completely sure of why, but some people have issues being able to pull items out of their storage and everything is stuck and everything inside has to be deleted in order to make the stash work again.

Reproduction

Not exactly sure how to reproduce the issues as we are not sure what items will cause it to happen. We notice sometimes qb inventory duplicates items and it is hard to notice it sometimes as it will take an item from 2 to 4 or will put a 0 for the item but it still exists. I believe these dupped items could be causing the problem, and when put into the inventory it freezes everything in it for some reason? Afterwards nothing is able to be taken out unless going through the database. It is consistently happening.

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to pull the items out just as i put them in. Some of the stashes are no where near full and experiencing the same issues.

Actual behavior

The stash is almost frozen. It will appear that you have put the items in your inventory and emptied the stash, but when you close and reopen the inventory they are automatically put back into the stuck stash.

It's to the point of me switching inventory scripts completely. It's a shame.

same problem which inventory to use is the question because a lot of scripts no longer follow the evolution of qb-core and require an old version.... Which inventory do you think you will use to replace qb-inventory?

I bought codem-inventory last night and put it in. It will take a couple days for me to switch my scripts I built personally to work with it. But all lpt of scripts I have from others already can accommodate for codem.

There is also qs-inventory. Which as been out longer than codem. An mpde developers implemented changed for that many months ago.

From here on forward I will only buy open source scripts if I need to buy one that is. That way I can make them work for whatever. Or just make my own version of whatever is needed in my city.

I hope this helps you. If you need help feel free to reach out. An ill assist anyway to my ability.

I use the most recent Tx recepy with the latest qb-inventory and i have a problem that the stashes in general don't open.

Does everyone in here use a cash as item script? I realized that was causing the issue for me. As soon as I changed scripts all stashes stopped glitching and I could take items out again. Currently having no issues with bugs. Running smoothly

I was using SA cash as item when I did start having issues. Ya.
Never thought of that being a problem as I've used it before an had no issues.

If I didn't already change to codem. I would try that out. I enjoyed qb inventory for a few reasons. But codem has way more features that over ride me going back to qb.

Crafting built into pockets, packages integrated in. Stash's for personal or job locked. (Rather then each job havin its stash config) it's all ran under 1 deal.
