finish up rackspace work

The rackspace/ folder contains experiments on automating creation of rackspace servers for people who run richard instances on rackspace.

This should get finished up.

@codersquid Do you know offhand what's involved in finishing up this work? Is it just "get it working" or is there a list of things you know need to be done that we can enumerate in this issue so it's clearer what's left to do?

At the moment it is vaguely get it working. I have content in the README that could be turned in to tasks, but the content is a bit vague at this point.
