Move the talk descriptions from the unsupported "abstract" JSON key into PyVideo's "description" key for a batch of conferences. This change overwrites the description keys for the relevant conference videos if they are empty or contain little content (e.g. only the conference name or links that are already present in dedicated PyVideo data schema fields).
Other instances of the use of the unsupported "abstract" key are still present in other conference metadata, but they may require a different approach, e.g. adding the content of the "abstract" key into the "description" field if they are materially different.
