Compatibility with upcoming Fedora AAA system switch

There has been discussion on the Fedora development list about the upcoming switch to a new AAA system and the retirement of FAS shortly thereafter (https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected]/thread/NUY27U32BOXMK7DAVCTDZTOYPMTBK6AJ/). One of the checks this script does is to query FAS to see when the last time the user logged in was. This is a useful check to have, so it would be good to ensure it works with the new AAA system.
