Add the following metrics:

Average Estimated Treatment Effect (ATT). The average lift in the treatment period. NOTE: I already did this here but I called it the average causal impact.
Percent Lift
Incremental outcome. The cumulative impact at the final time point
Add these to the geolift notebook
