Date will sometimes populate incorrectly

"date format is somehow inconsistent. for example, run-date in 16_11_0_1.csv is expressed 16.4.9, but the run-date in 2_8_0_1.csv is expressed 4/9/2016.
Probably not a big deal, but if we are to parse massive amount of files automatically, this may be an issue."
