Update AudioEncode (iPhone)

By changing a couple of lines in AudioEncode.h and AudioEncode.js, I managed to get the AudioEncode plugin encode to m4a with newer versions of Cordova, but it isn't firing successCallback. It logs "doing success callback" and then nothing else happens.
