Collect OS projects that can by applied to the city of Solingen / Fab Region

Representatives of the Fab Region (https://www.fab-bergisch.org/) are interested in applying various open source projects to the area of Solingen, Wuppertal and Remscheid. Therefore we need different OS projects that can be combined to a toolchain / Environmental Operating System (EOS) to improve, plan and evaluate the environmental sustainability in this region.
The projects should be:

1. Generic so that they can be applied to this region but also other regions in the near future.
2. Active and documented.
3. User-friendly.
4. Ideally, we need OS projects to represent Europe and invite them to workshops / smaller conferences on various topics.
