Support subscribing from multiple publishers and publishing from a subscribed model. This allows for different fields in a model to be owned by different applications.

Implemented by @nviennot's fork: https://github.com/nviennot/promiscuous/blob/master/spec/integration/multi_pub_spec.rb#L111-L150
