everest check - needs z3, node.js and dotnet check on Ubuntu #106

Running an everest install (as my notebook died and I had to buy a new one) from scratch,
everest check failes to

check that you have z3 4.8.5 on your path
check that node.js is installed
check that you have dotnet-skd-6.0
