Unable to customize notes folder location. #7

The /.notes/.linenotesplus file says we can move that file anywhere to determine where we want notes saved. Unfortunately if I move that file to something like /.vscode/notes/.linenotesplus it doesn't work and the extension starts throwing errors, or tries to recreate notes in the original location.
