Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be great if we had a function to show the hierarchy for a set of categories e.g. only the categories used in a specific dataset.

Describe the solution you'd like

Something like show_as_tree(categories={"1", "2", "M.0.EL"}).

It would be even better if we had the ability to "prune" a tree to only a certain set of categories.
