Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Update language identitifiers

All JSON language identifiers have been changed to JSON with Comments since that is the one used by VSCode for its settings — a snippet containing a comment was highlighted as if it contained an error while it is actually correct; shell commands have been identified as such.
