Let organizers add a hash of the email

Adding a few many emails to pretalx for the voting is not the optimal way IMO.
We would like to add a hash of the email instead.

For example:
MD5(email)

Process on voting page:
enter email -> system creates hash -> validate hash, if in opt-in list -> proceed to voting

If anyone is up for coding this, I'm optimistic we can support this update with some budget via PySV and EuroPython Society.
