Add it to generate.py
Add it to the language dropdown in template.html
Add a [lang].json
Add an img/geoblocking-stamp-dirty-white-[lang].png (or duplicate the en version under that name)
Regenerate HTML

Note: 'en' is hardcoded as the default in generate.py and the JS
