Bug description
Some beatmaps (usually old ones) were using beatmap background as a base for storyboard effects on their beatmaps, what caused them having a bug on modern wide screens. In stable it was fixed, by adding specific borders on sides and scaling background back to 4:3 aspect ratio. But, since lazer doesn't have or expect this setting, in result we see this bug.

Here it applies wrongly, since original background is cropped from 4:3 aspect ratio to 16:9. In result we see this in lazer
