Viewing a specific buffer

After tapping on a specific buffer from the overview, the user should be shown that specific buffer.

The buffer view should be a window in to the state model. Scrolling should be as jank-free as is possible for the first version. Content should be shown as variable height cells, like Twitter and Facebook.
