For the first point, usually I read the .travis.yml and repeat what it contains :)
Indeed that should be in the hacker docs.

For me, i haven't yet "dev's reflexes" for team collaboration.
Not we should specify it in the [http://memopol.readthedocs.io/en/pr/development.html](local developpement tutorial) ?
