Cannot add the webpart on a page

Hello everyone,

I think I did all well, I have the app added to the site, but I cannot see it as the webpart ready to use..
I tried to create my own by YT videos and I am able to use this one.
Please do not anyone know what should be the problem I cannot use the React Script Editor on my own pages?
