react accordion dynamic section Sample not working

Hello @hugoabernier @mikezimm @jerryyasir - I have downloaded and tried to use React Accordion Dynamic Section Webpart from https://github.com/pnp/sp-dev-fx-webparts/tree/b139ba199cb57363a88f070dd9814e5af4fc3cbd/samples/react-accordion-dynamic-section
Not able to create node module. Getting following errors when running npm install.

I am on Windows 10 and using
node version : v14.17.0
npm version: 6.14.13

Please guide me to create node module and in using this sample web part.
