Question

Hello, the Skills Matrix Power App has been so valuable within our organization! SO much so, that we would like to also track our employees' certifications within the app. I am developing a page similar to the My_Profile page to list all certifications within our organization and each person's respective issue date, expiration date, and ID. In doing so, I am confused as to why the gallery on the My_Profile page is set to pull from the col_profile rather than connecting directly to one of the SharePoint lists. Can you please help me understand why that is and at what point is the col_profile collection populated with the different applications stored in the SP list?
